During more than 30 years of professional experience I worked in the financial
industry, the privatisation and in development work as desk officer of
as large donor organisation as well as team leader in projects.
I have sound experience in all questions concerning SME and SME finance,
enterprise/organisational development, environment for private
initiative (legal and economic) as well as EU approximation. I know very
well what project management and leadership means.
I prefere interdisciplinary teams in challenging political
environments.I worked in Germany, Africa, Palestina and many years in
countries of the former Yugoslavia, speaking SeroCroatian as my second
mother tongue.

I studied law and economics in Germany and finished with the 2nd state exam in Germany, at least equivalent to master degree, giving me th eright toi work as a lawyer and a judge.
I finished the first degree of economics and worked a lot in the economic field afterwards.
