Initial experience of 10 years in sales and marketing manager in IT industry in Europe and USA. This taught me the fundamentals of business and achievement driven performance. Then became self employed consultant, developing my practice in organizational development, leadership program design and delivery and talent coaching. I do that in Europe, North America, Middle East (UAE, Bahrein, Kuweit) and Africa (DRC, Congo Brazza, Morocco, Tchad). Significant experiences with WWF and IOM in NGO sector.
