Thirty years of World Bank experience, of which twenty-three years were in Operations in Europe and Central Asia, Africa, South and South East Asia and seven years in Treasury Operations and Cash Management. Task Manager of several Bank-financed and Donor- financed projects/trust funds (projects ranging from $5 -300 million) in the financial and private sector areas (privatization of state owned banks and enterprises), Manufacturing Industries, Treasury Operations and Tax Administration.
Managing policy dialogue and negotiating projects with the highest levels of decision makers in the client countries including parliamentarians, international financial institutions (IFIs) and, the donor community. Several years of experience in designing and managing complex projects, covering several sectors (industry, finance, privatization, public finance and taxation, including adjustment operations). Providing advice to Bank management and staff on portfolio management, policy and operational issues. Task managing large and diverse project teams. Seven years of field experience in Hungary and Croatia (Resident Missions) Managing projects financed by Trust (Donor) Funds.
Poses a strong operational, financial analysis and accounting background, with an in-depth knowledge of project management, including reporting, budgeting, procurement and disbursements of funds.
