Created, managed, and implemented “Ankara’s Leadership Development Program for English Language Teaching Professionals: For the present. For the future. For life.”Brought together leadership expert trainers from TESOL Turkey and English Language Teachers’ Association of Turkey. Recruited participants in leadership positions throughout Ankara; Developed and managed program marketing and outreach.
Created, managed, and implemented “ETZ Academy Technology Training Program for English Language Teaching Professionals” in collaboration with ETZ Training and Consultancy group, Istanbul and Regional English Language Office of U.S. Embassy in Ankara for ELT instructor and administrator participants.
Designed and administered needs analysis of professional development opportunities administered to in-service English language teaching professionals throughout Turkey
Directed team of five returning Fellows posted in Turkey and Ukraine to plan and execute week-long Fellowship summit held in Istanbul for 14 Fellows posted in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova, Turkey, and Ukraine.

Processes involved extensive preparation time and detailed planning before site visits; site visits which involved interviews, on-site observations, and document review and analysis; and completion of reports in collaboration with other members of review team, following site visits. Peer reviewers are obligated to follow strict codes of conduct, confidentiality, and conflict of interest protocols.
