Establishment (with 4 other international NGOS) of the global Cash Learning Partnership (CaLP) which introduced cash transfers globally as a new modality in emergency preparedness, response and reconstruction. And linked to this, the provision of training on the new cash transfer modality to donors which enabled funding of new types of response strategies
