Several years (+12) of experience in finance, grants and contracts, monitoring, strategic planning in international development program management. I managed projects with organizations receiving substantial funds from multi-lateral and bi-lateral donors E.g.: USAID, Department of State, World Bank… I have direct (+5 years) overseas project work experience, and keen expertise in international business development with a focus on African entrepreneurship and partnership. I have an extensive knowledge of US- Government funded programs with deep analytical expertise of federal government Rules and Regulations (OMB Circulars) that include costs principles, financial budget management.
Bilingual – fluency in French (writing, reading and speaking).
