Professional Experience: |
I currently manage a capacity building center in Laayoune, which is one of the OCP’ CSR project powered by Phosboucraa Foundation and managed by AMIDEAST Morocco. Since 2013, we have served more than 14000 beneficiaries with different needs and interests with high satisfaction. I believe in my capacity to develop our training programs that respond to the real needs of the populations all over the country; ranging from employability, education, entrepreneurship, NGOs and women empowerment, digital inclusion, art and culture. Very recently, due to the COVID_19 pandemic we had to migrate all the training programs online and I managed to position the Laayoune Learning Center I run among the 10 best online programs in Morocco.
Human development and Social impact for more than eight years both in strategic and operations management. A varied experience and expertise with quality managerial skills, field work and high achievements. Good skills in social engineering and innovation, capacity building and effective project management. More than 20 years in education and classroom practice. MBA studies have widened my knowledge and skills in business administration and M. Ed in Education Sciences has deepened my expertise in education pedagogy and andragogy, training program and curricula design and implementation. Collaborative Design for Development methodology, entrepreneurship for the people at the Bottom of the Pyramid and Hybrid Partnerships for Social Impact. Cross-cultrual experience and diversified teams within AMIDEAST, MINURSO and MIT Practical Impact Alliance .
