Began with pioneering an Urban Child Survival Programme (DFID), the successful modus operandi taken over for their CSSM program, provided leadership to an integrated development project under the aegis is USAID. Supplemented with a HIV/ AIDS project funded by AIDSCAP. Promoted to lead the nationwide TB control project funded by CIDA. Invited to lead the new Country office as Director, growing from 5 regions, 40 projects, 6000 children and 15 staff to 12 regions, 240 projects, 64000 children and 72 HQ staff. Also expanded to Bhutan and Nepal.The last assignment being Asia Regional Program Director have led innovations, program quality, expansion in six nations.

Education:

M.Phil in Medical Sociology and MA in Medical and Psychiatric Social Work with best outgoing student awards both in UG and PG. Supplemented with courses on development journalism, communication, disaster relief, PLA, KABP surveys, WHO offered TB training and EPI Info.
