• Identified problems and issues, categorizing them on priority and effectively addressing them based on needs.
• Capacity development of partners and partner staffs.
• Completed all the modules on child development, role and context of child development, child assessment and intervention skills, complying with the certification process.
• Handle projects and meet deadlines without compromising with standards, right from conceptualization to completion well within the set parameters.
• Spearheading efforts in providing leadership to partners through Partnership Facilitators, enabling them in strategic planning on program development and implementations and regular training in achieving the intended outcome.
• Supervised six partnership facilitators through regular monitoring of their work with the partners in terms of program development. Mentor them as and when required.
• Reviewed program planning on complementary intervention, holistic development programs, following up of the previous visits reports, monitoring the standards and policies.
• Visiting each region at regular interval to meet the partners to build the relationship between both the parties involved.
• Motivate and ignite passion within the team to help the members see the purpose and vision clearly and enable them to enhance their performance.
Additional Responsibilities
Child Protection:
o Worked on policies and documents required for training partners, staffs and children from Indian projects on issues related to child protection.
o Designated as a contact point for resources required across the country.
o Outsource trainers for two Indian states, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka who use these mentioned documents.
Child Quota Management:
o Manage and assign child quota for each projects in consultation with the Partnership Facilitators for entire projects in India.
Partnership Maturity Model:
o Created a measurement to find out the term of maturity for the partners.

I have completed my masters in Holistic Child development its a 3 years masters and completed at Malaysian Baptist Seminary exclusive for Holistic Child Development.This is to understand that the development of child from the conception and after birth till the each stages of growth and how the four areas of development, Physical ,Cognitive, social emotional and Spiritual intervene and therefore holistically developed. Each and every stages of development of a child is important which affect their adulthood.
