Professional Experience:
As Chief of Party for IBTCI, YMEP II, I provided strategic leadership and direction to the project, focusing on MEL, Third Party Monitoring and Technical Assistance to USAID. As Country and Program Director I’ve been in charge of all aspects related to program management, leadership and supervision, including program start up, close out, report writing and documentation of lessons learnt. Since 2021 I’ve been engaged in MERL and TPM focused activities, as consultant working remotely, as team lead and technical lead.My competencies in education include work as primary school teacher and teacher supervisor, teacher training and teaching aids development, short term Vocational Training courses curricula review and overseeing, management and supervision of higher education courses (Physiotherapy), work as trainer (teacher trainer, Community based rehabilitation workers /trainers) and development of training materials.Experience in disability/rehabilitation/disability inclusion ranges from working as Physiotherapist, Rehabilitation Specialist and Rehabilitation Workers trainer and supervisor, to involvement as Teacher, Technical Specialist and Consultant on aspects related to Disability Inclusive Education and Early Detection and Treatment of Disabilities.
