Professional Experience:
I have gained practical experience through my worldwide internships and jobs; my background and my strong interest in sustainable and economic development, environment’s protection and women empowerment will enable me to make a genuine contribution to the organization. I have work experience in development projects (e.g. human and economic, project cycling management and how to conduct surveys and interviews) gained whilst studying my master and also thanks to the jobs that I have done in the last years; so, not only studies since it involved a great deal of independent research, requiring initiative, self-motivation and a wide range of skills. During my experience in AIESEC as Outgoing Exchange-International Relations Responsible I was able to learn how to select and recruit students and graduates in order to find them the right internship or job taking into account their studies and experiences. Additionally, I was the group leader for one year and I developed my skills regarding leadership, recruitment, deadlines, team management and team work, and also providing solutions in a short time.Furthermore, my experience as Junior Researcher in Chile regarding a specific type of a microcredit development project which involved the local crafts and the sustainability of their products provided me with monitoring, evaluation and fair trade skills in order to expand the crafts’ market and their income. During those months, I was able to conduct researches, collaborate with the local government, and apply questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. I also learned how to organize and analyze the collected data.I worked also in Granada (Spain), where I was charged mainly with translations and administration. Indeed, I had to deal with huge number of documents regarding the stakeholders, who had a very different academic background and culture.I could develop more the acquired skills thanks to the experience made in Turkey, were I was able to teach English and Italian to university students who would desire to have an experience in Europe. I was able to work profitably with them and I really loved my period in Turkey, although the situation during the lessons was not always peaceful due to ethnical and political reasons.Furthermore, my experience in Guatemala made me even more skilled, since I work with a local indigenous organization, ASOREMI, formed exclusively by women who overcame violence. We work with human rights and especially women rights by providing free legal assistance to women who suffer violence. In the same time, we create women rights and gender equality awareness among the local legal practitioners through workshops. ASOREMI also provides credits to in need women, as well as capacity building workshops (sewing, cooking, handcraft, bio cosmetics, etc.)
For these reasons, I do possess technical skills such as:
-I am used to team work and to deal with people with very different background as it can be noticed from the number of countri
