I have 11 years of international project management experience. As an experienced Event manager at the Institut Français in Egypt and ICCROM in Italy, I have planned, organized and implemented events, ranging from bilateral cultural events to small meetings with diplomats. I have applied strong interpersonal skills to manage business relations with key partners, such as donors, board of directors, financial advisors, cultural organizations and teams. My tasks also had a strong component of grants management (writing proposals, contact with donors, maintaining up to date the donor database and being in charge of the Grant module on SAP Universe).
I developed strong institutional communication knowledge through content preparation, updating of a website, design as well as the coordination and data collections to show the results of the organization. My international experience makes me able to adapt to different contexts and culture.
In the last two years, I have supported and actively contributed to the development and the implementation of a change management project across an organization. The result was the elaboration of new strategic directions, a completely new Program of Work and Budget, a new content and look of the Annual report as well as the implementation of a new finance and accounting system (SAP).
