Professional Experience:
I am an independent education consultant, with experience in training teachers and instructors in primary, secondary and higher education, and managing large education projects funded by international donors.
I am a specialist in working in fragile states, and low resource environments.
I have designed and facilitated teacher development courses and workshops which promote communicative, student based learning. Responsibilities included conducting sessions, mentoring teachers, classroom observations and feedback. I have also worked on designing teaching materials and lesson plans.
I have worked as a project manager and Chief of Party on USAID and British Council projects and have managed national and international teams– including remotely. In these positions I was responsible for monitoring and record keeping, preparing work plans, budgets, progress reports and financial reports as well as technical education advice.
I have advised MOE and MOHE officials on education policy.
I have M&E experience as lead on research and evaluations and have designed data collection tools, conducted field data collection and compiled and presented reports.
I have also designed and facilitated courses for NGO/INGO and government agency staff on project management, M&E and soft skills.
I am based in Poland but can travel anywhere for up to three months and can also work longer than that from home.
