Professional Experience: |
Project Finance Manager / Project Controller: Managed financial and management reporting for $6bn project overseeing RTP process, banking, JV Accounting, Planning & budgeting, General ledger, audit engagements, partner engagements, Revenue & hydrocarbons accounting and reporting.
Management Accountant: Managed annual G&A and license budget preparation and subsequent monthly reporting to Group and Business Unit (BU) Leadership team via reporting tools. Responsible for time writing administration and allocation of all BU G&A costs to projects.
Joint Venture Accountant: Managed JV accounting processes such as Cutbacks, PCO booking, preparation of JIB statements, Cash calls, Cash forecasts, and JV Partner account reconciliations for operated Oil & Gas fields, TEN and Jubilee. Responsible for accounting for non-operated field, WCTP.
Financial Accountant: Managed month end processes and timelines whilst ensuring accuracy of financial transactions booked. Responsible for statutory reporting, Intercompany & Interventure recharges, accounts receivables, balance sheet account reconciliations, payroll administration, JV & statutory audit engagements.
Audit Supervisor: Managed donor funded project audits –FHI, JHEIPGO, MDBS, and European Union Micro Projects. Facilitated over 6 pre-engagement discussions with clients to agree scope of work, reporting timelines and deliverables of assurance engagements. Engaged in internal control reviews and presented findings to clients’ management representatives. Managed assurance engagement close outs meetings with clients to discuss audit findings, recommendations and obtain management responses.
