Professional Experience:

As a skilled practitioner, I designed, performed, managed, monitored and assessed development strategies for diverse International Organisations like Oxfam-Quebec, SNV, DeD, AFVP as well as EU, World Bank and USAID funded programmes. My extensive expertise includes serving as a senior advisor and country network leader in the field of land use and pastoralism for SNV-Niger where I facilitate multi-actors dialogue that empowers marginalised groups to participate in decision making process over competitive resource use and support them in developing ability to meet their livelihoods objectives including food security dimension. Furthermore, I contribute actively to the country management, facilitate business development understanding among SNV staff, lead many winning proposals writing and leverage business development target positively.
