Program Manager Civil Society Department, managing 2 programs: One World in Schools and Enhancing Civil Society - Participatory Model in rural Moldova through LEADER approach. Main responsibilities:
- supervise the budgets of the project financed by multiple donors;
- grant scheme, monitoring and evaluation of grantees;
- coordination of activity for 200 schools/ 340 teachers and 34 film clubs/ 66 youth leaders;
- non-formal education policy reform - creation and approval by Ministry of Education of the optional school subject ,,Education through film”;
- responsible for fundraising of the program;
- responsible for visibility of the project - contact with local media and manager of the FB page;
- contribute to future vision and mission of the project
- Providing coaching sessions to 4 villages from central part of Moldova for analyzing local resources, project management, fundraising, organization management, writing strategy and action plan for 5 years;
- Responsible for legal formalization of 2 Local Action Group;
- Lobby LEADER principles and methodology in the National Committee for Evaluation of implementation LEADER at national level;
- Monitoring and Evaluation of winning projects of Local Action Groups;

As a founder and general manager, my duty was to clarify the vision and mission of the youth policy at local level, conceptualizing projects, resource mobilization and overseeing implementation hand-on. Also under my responsibility was team management/ volunteer management. Being in this position, we managed to establish good relationship with such donors as USAID and PolishAid and to implement more than 5 projects with a lump sum of approx. 50.000 USD.
