He has experience developing and managing programmes for communities, small organizations, governments, international organizations, and private sector and donor institutions; and has relevant knowledge in project cycle management, finance and human resources management, participatory M&E, organization capacity development, partnerships building, and resource mobilization. Nicholas is a results oriented, highly motivated, passionate and innovative professional; educated to Doctorate level, and a great communicator. His main interest is in the Energy, Environment, Climate and Sustainability Sectors. Nicholas is a 4 time global finalist and 2 time global winner for showcasing how sustainability can be achieved through nature businesses.

His vast experience in supporting start-ups in environment and climate change sectors, and also in grant making make him an all-round person who is suitable to be a team member for the assignment that demands experience in renewable energy, grant making, business development and start-ups mentorship.
