Over 10 years experience in teaching at the elementary,secondary, and teritary levels, military (as a commissioned officer) and police services, lead in community development and advocacy, local civil service in disaster management, and currently serving the United Nations System in Belize.

My graduate studies have prepared me with highly specialized analytical skills, concentrating in the formulation of national, regional, and international security policies both for governmental and inter-governmental organizations and the development of inter-organizational collaboration strategies. Also, I am furnished with a robust set of research and organizational skills, have an in-depth knowledge and training in foreign and security policies, and equipped with criminal, intelligence, and investigative skills. Also, my professional experience has fortified me with additional extensive skills in disciplined leadership, public/civil relations, and communications, both in written and verbal formats. Likewise, because of my experience and education, I can work very well under strenuous conditions, am a team player, possess a high degree of personal and professional discipline, and willingly capable to go beyond the call of duty to ensure that the work gets done.
