A professional with over 10 years’ experience in several areas covering both private and public sectors. Specific work experience covers development cooperation and regional cooperation having worked within the office of the Program Management and Coordinating Unit of the European Development Fund as well as holding a post as Head of a foreign mission in a French territory. Significant experience was also had in the development of small and micro enterprises and tourism marketing and management having managed a portfolio of over 90 SMEs and executing the marketing directives of the national tourism board in the territory of south-east United States. Training in a variety of themes such as gender mainstreaming and youth development and empowerment also add value to a rich professional experience.
I have represented my island nation at the highest level and successfully navigated complex issues in the area of Diplomacy and enjoyed very cordial relations with both Government and Opposition, public and private sector entities, developing a high level of trust.

My academic roots run deep in areas of research, critical thinking, international law and diplomacy having attended the Ecole Nationale d’Administration and the Sorbonne University of France.
I possess a "licence" in public and Private law , a "Maitrise" in International law and a "DEA" in International and European Public Law from French universities I am also fully bilingual, English/French.
