• Awarded with Swedish Institute Scholarships for Global Professionals (SISGP)
• Introduced and operationalized mobile web-based digital platform for offering Solar Loan facility for the last mile hard-to-reach rural women in Tanzania to end energy poverty.
• Implemented DANIDA and Signify Foundation funded Market Development Programme on Solar Energy namely: WE SOLVE- Women Entrepreneurship through Solar Value Chain for Economic Development of Tanzania, in a large consortium of partnerships with local NGOs and international commercial organizations.
• Enhanced Microfinance portfolio with designing and implementing new loan and savings products- Cash Credit, Lien Loan, Double Deposits, and Monthly Deposits schemes, in BRAC Bangladesh.
• Managed Small Enterprise Programme in BRAC Bangladesh with a portfolio of USD 7M.
• Structured Microfinance operations for 3000 branches without downsizing staff but with the increasing scope for portfolio growth and efficiency.
• Won two projects valued at $4million from DANIDA and AMDT (Agriculture Market Development Trust) on the solar energy value chain and maize value chain respectively for 4 years each for BRAC in Tanzania.
• Implemented WASH project in Tanzania namely: The Last 100 Meters: Safeguarding Portable Water Provisioning to unplanned settlements funded by British Academy.
• Strengthened the competencies of BRAC people through creating a performance-driven and values-based organization as well as spearheaded organizational culture change campaign across 11 countries.
• Played an integral role in developing five-year strategic planning for Africa Region and BRAC Tanzania.
• Held a position in the Country Management Team of BRAC Tanzania serving with strategy and policy formulation, key administrative and advocacy role execution, upholding organizational performance, and employee retention.
Education:
Currently, I am pursuing a two-year Master's course on International Development and Management (MSc LUMID) at Lund University with full financial support from Swedish Institute. Earlier, in 2012, I had obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) majoring in Marketing from East West University. My four years bachelor's degree was also in Business Admistrioation (BBA) with a major concentration on Finance and Marketing being accomplished from BRAC University in 2008. I also received a FORD scholarship, a 100% tuition fee waiver, to study for this bachelor's degree.
Affiliations and Achievements:
Besides my studies, currently, I am also volunteering as a Vice-Chairperson for Swedish Institute Network for Future Global Leaders Lund Board, a Member for Sustainable Future Hub at Lund University, and a Mentor for Föreningen för utvecklingsfrågor (FUF).

I have strong people management and networking skills. I have strength in budgeting, financial analysis, and donor reporting. In addition to Microsoft Office, I have a good command of SPSS, video editing, and process mapping. Apart from Bangla (native) and English language proficiency, I am also conversant in Hindi. Currently, I am learning Svenska.
