Represent the Agency in administrative hearings regarding interstate benefits charge back to Employers issues, covered employment and independent contractor issues, and various rate determination issues. Represent & Serve as the Labor Issues Subject Matter Expert, including WARN Act, Collective Bargaining & Lock Outs/Strikes Issues Expert. Review and Respond to Subpoenas & other information requests for the Agency. Assist in Drafting, Reviewing and Advocating for Agency’s proposed Bills, Regulations & Polices. Assess Unemployment Taxes for Businesses & for Personal Liability. Review Liens, Release of Liens, Garnishments & Other Collection Methods.
