1. I am a motivated Doctor of Medicine with Masters’ degree and 15 years of experience (10 years in Senior Positions overseas), ready to successfully manage Health/Nutrition/HIV-AIDS/Food Aid Projects and Programs and provide relevant advice/support to the above-mentioned sectors;
2. I have good leadership, team player and analytic skills to take decision in extreme situations;
3. I have proofed experience managing large, multi-million dollar complex projects focusing on health, nutrition, food aid programming, livelihoods and resilience;
4. I have proofed experience in working both at Principal and Sub-Recipient level with partners, sub-awardees, government counterparts and many NGOs in terms of coordination throughout my career ensuring capacity building is enhanced at all levels;
5. I have managed, with sound cost effective approaches, many grants from different donors (USAID, KfW, DFID, GFATM, ECHO, UNICEF, UNFPA, etc.) and I am familiar with relevant regulations, international standards and policies involved;
6. I have strong capacity and experience of managing big teams and ensuring coaching for performance is a key area of focus in order to increase agency and partners’ productivity;
7. I have strong experience in proposal writing, monitoring and evaluation of projects including relevant audits;
8. I have extensive successful experience of working in various cultural settings (Democratic Republic of Congo, Somalia, Kenya, Niger, Haiti, South Sudan, Chad, Guinea and United States of America).
9. Last but not least, I have a very good communication skills and I am fluent in common humanitarian and development work languages including English, French, etc.
