In the Organizations that I have worked for, I have always been as an advisor to the CEO and have partnered with senior leaders from a strategic leadership lens to drive change, grow talent in the Organization and increase performance levels. In the course of my career, I have acquired a wealth of experience in start-ups and international organizations in the Oil and Gas sector, Information, Communications and Technology and International Non-Government Organizations or INGOs. In my current role as P&C Director with an International NGO in Bangladesh, I have acquired experience in managing grants projects from a HR perspective, including inculcating a change of mind-set from asponsorship operations to a grants mind-set with a focus on quick deliverables. My team and I project Mpmanaged the recruitment of approximately 130 staffs who were ready to be deployed at the commencement date of the project. I continue to work on the sustainability of change in the Organization as we acquire new grants in different geographical contexts and with varying expectations of donors, to ensure that staffs are ready to deliver as per the donor’s expectation.

I also possess Emergency Response experience in coordinating and ensuring timely talent on the Response by coordinating with other Country offices and South Asia leadership in ensuring availability of talent.
