Migrant Worker Welfare Specialist Qatar Foundation | Oct 2013 – present | Doha, Qatar
· Formulated and enforced standards of worker welfare for over 35,000 workers across Qatar Foundation projects and multi-billion dollar national projects, including the 2022 FIFA World Cup projects.
· Conducted research and social compliance audits of human trafficking and transnational migratory patterns to the Qatar and the GCC from Asian and African countries, from the recruitment to repatriation.
· Worked closely with governmental and international bodies to recommend policy changes and draft policy recommendations for implementation of worker welfare across the State of Qatar and origin countries.
· Conducted training for government officials and contractor personnel on international human rights practices and normsand the laws of Qatar
