Professional Experience:

My interdisciplinary expertise is focused on developing and managing high quality programming to produce evidence-based results, and driving systems change, through:
- Project Leadership, Programme Support & Donor Relations: Proven success in delivering complex projects (up to £9M+) for UN, DFID, Global Fund, and USAID.Skilled in team leadership, budget management, complex donor reporting, proposal writing and multi-partner coordination across UN and government platforms.
- Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E): Specialist in designing and implementing complex Evaluation Frameworks, including LogFrames and Theory of Change (ToC). Expert in qualitative/quantitative analysis, electronic data collection, cohort tracking and producing high-quality final evaluation reports for major donors (e.g., Final Evaluation for Girls Education Challenge in Ghana, Evaluation of Youth Projects, UNICEF, UNFPA).

Project implementation and technical advisor particularly in two key thematic areas:
- Adolescent Health (ASRH/HIV/Gender): Senior Technical Advisor with extensive experience in ASRH, AGYW (Adolescent Girls and Young Women), Adolescents Living with HIV and Gender Equality/GBV. Proven record in policy influence, system strengthening, strengthening programmes for Social and Behavioural Change and promoting positive masculinities. (e.g., UNICEF/National AIDS Council/Global Fund).
- Education and Teacher Development: Proven expertise as an Education Adviser to International NGOs, in-country programmes and local governments (Christian Aid, Save the Children and DFID). As a qualified teacher (English, Citizenship) and experienced teacher-educator, I have worked in schools and Universities (Spain, UK, Mozambique, South Africa), in a range of roles as an educator trainer and curriculum developer. Particular specialist areas: Gender Equality and Social Inclusion, Mentorship, SEN, Literacy).
- In addition to these areas I have experience in social protection approaches, behaviour change communication, gender transformative programming, and climate response and resilience.

I bring strong academic rigour (MA, Education & International Development) to professional collaborations, with a particular focus on the gathering, analysis and visualisation of evidence and learning to inform high-level policy and programming.
