Since 2004, Jeana L. Baker, MA Agriculture, has provided technical assistance and advisory support on services to NGOs on proposals and programs in the design and implementation phase to accomplish programmatic goals.

From leading USAID food security interventions in Togo and Climate Extension research to row crop farmers for Auburn University to delivering SME support to green businesses in Haiti and Bangladesh, Baker relies on a wealth of professional experience, techniques and tools to ensure results-based programming.

Most recently she provided strategic guidance to Danish Refugee Council's livelihoods restoration projects in DR Congo.
