• Worked with others to build, test, train, develop and validate software design and provided audit review of design and build.

• Provided timely information and accurate status via consistent status reports, effective and timely customer support, implementation communications, accurate project schedules/milestone reporting, and consistent and effective communications with client manager and clinical project managers.

• Communicated in a professional and courteous manner at all times and consistently documented all customer interactions.

• Routinely interfaced with organization leadership, clinicians and provider staff.

• Effectively listened and communicated with assigned clients to help manage expectations, identify key issues, and understand specific customer needs.

• Communicated regularly with Clinical Project Managers and other stakeholders about progress toward goal achievement

• Exercise very good judgment in the management of confidential data that is governed by compliance rules.
• Successfully guided clients through activation phase of application with zero issues escalation

• Demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment, both assisting other team members and also involving them when their skills are needed to support clients.

• Masters Degree in Health Care Administration – UMUC, Maryland
• Business Administration in Computer Information Systems and Web Development – GSU, Georgia
• Associate in Applied Science Degrees in Computer Information Systems Programming and Systems Analysis – Northern Virginia Community College

Consultant has earned certification as a McKesson Horizon Careboard, Horizon Order Management, Horizen Expert Order, Horizen Expert Notes, Healthcare Software Transfer Implementation Specialist, and a McKesson Forms and Menus Specialist.
