Professional Experience:
Over 18 years of workexperience in regional program management and research with INGOs, in the Balkan, Asia and Africa. INGOs include Oxfam GB, Plan, Amnesty International, University of Amsterdam, Pax, Medicins sans frontieres. Extensive field experience. Senior non profit managemer, policy advisor, coordinator, fund raiser and grant management, capacity building, research and monitoring, evaluation and learning. I am known and appreciated to match local realities with donor requirements, and work from a rights based, result oriented approach to reach change. Building bridges between policies and practise and intercultural management is one of my assets for an organisation and I am an excellent writer, motivator and initiator. Looking for a challenging experience in the field again!
