Over 18 years of workexperience in regional program management and research with INGOs, in the Balkan, Asia and Africa. Senior non profit managemer, policy advisor, coordinator, fund raiser and grant management, capacity building, research and monitoring, evaluation and learning. I am known and appreciated to match local realities with donor requirements, and work from a rights based, result oriented approach to reach change. Building bridges between policies and practise and intercultural management is one of my assets for an organisation and I am an excellent writer, motivator and initiator. Masters in Anthropology (major in Peace and Conflict Studies, Nationalism, Islam, Ethnic identities, Gender), certifates in Journalism, Chinese language, French language, Management and leadership
