Acts4Rwanda: Developed financial administration and consulting on U.S. exemption determination as well as business strategy. Volunteer role while completing MPA.

Aythos: Co-founder, Finance Director, and Field Manager. Economic development to build marketable agricultural production in Nepal. Both part-time and full-time volunteer roles concurrent with career and MPA program.

•Managed entity creation, governance development, and financial reporting, and co-managed marketing and social media.
•Created and carried out economic development programs for rural agricultural production.
•Managed grant writing resulting in apple and kiwifruit production, beekeeping, and earthquake relief funding in Nepal.
•Organized collaboration among NGOs in Nepal to deliver food, shelter, and medical care for 2015 earthquake relief.
•Negotiated sourcing and planting of 5,000 apple trees and kiwi plants and training for 200 Nepali farmers.

•Project manager to improve data coordination across multiple product development departments in North America, Europe, and Asia.

Income Inequality: Researching policy outcomes leading to increased income inequality with implications for increasing access to sector-based collective bargaining, vocational training, and higher education, as well as building progressive income taxation and consumer protection regulation.

Climate Change: Climate change policy in the U.S. comparing potential federally-based initiatives versus state and local policy initiated by localized politics. Findings determining local initiatives are more feasible to implement with federal funding, however, make little impact on national CO2 emissions.

Projects included:
-Lucie's Place: Project manager for a strategic planning capstone to build capacity for homeless LGBTQ individuals in the Central Arkansas Area.

-Acts4Rwanda: Project manager for a fundraising development project to support vulnerable children in Rwanda. Continued contributing to finance and consulting from Aug. 2016 to present.

Arkansas Rice Depot: Determining the factors leading to a necessary merger with the largest food bank in the state; concluding the value of adhering to mission and preventing mission creep by outside self-interested stakeholders.

Arkansas Department of Veterans Affairs: Led the data and finance team to determine the appropriate response to managing the future influx of veterans in nursing homes.
