Professional Experience: |
My professional and academic experiences have allowed me to be specialized in the policy analysis, programs and needs, project management, coordination, research and improvement of work flow.
I am currently a Manager for the Ministry of Health and Social Services of Quebec. I am responsible for the Information System of Health and Safety at Work (SISAT). I carry a pivotal role between projects, budgets and client’s needs with a view to improving customer services, optimal management of resources and the achievement of business objectives.
I also completed contracts including one at the Public Insurance of Quebec as a business analyst on behalf of the firm Fujitsu. I coordinated the support of thirty technologies projects. In addition, I realized three mandates of work organization and change management within the public service of Quebec (Canada) modeled business processes, as well as participated in the realization of business tenders. In 2009, I made a mandate as a policy analyst and program manager for the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
My interest in international relations, specifically those in Asia, pushed me to join the board of directors of Quebec Circle of International Affairs, to complete an internship in Chinese language and culture in Tianjin, China, to participate in a medical aid project in Indonesia and develop basics in Mandarin and Thai language. I also served for the Canadian Red Cross Disaster Services as a volunteer.
