a) Component 1 manager of the Global Partnership for Social Accountability program; Enhancing Social Contracts and public service performance supported by World Bank - 2015
b) Consultant Enhancing Ssese Island Kalangala District state and non state actors collaboration and constructive engagement 2014
c) Produced the Agriculture Contracts Monitoring Tool with support from the World Bank.
d) effective coordination of the project to Strengthen Citizens Monitoring Public Procurement – with support from Partnership for Transparency Fund (PTF).

f) Directed Public Integrity Award project to mobilize local community to participate in Anti-Corruption Campaign to appraise health services applying community score cards supported by ACT Uganda. g) In 2009, As consultant, I facilitated development of Citizens’ Forum – Barazas’ National Roll out plan and piloted Barazas through NIMEs Department Office of the Prime Minister; undertook a validation of public performance under five sectors to include Education, Health , Agriculture/NAADs, Water , Roads and Transport. This preceded the launch of citizen’s forum BARAZA.in four districts.
h) Directed Citizens Forum launching 2005 and Tracking of Primary Education Expenditure; with support from Partnership for Transparency Fund PTF to UJCC – organization member of INFOC Uganda. The key output was the proposal and adoption of Effective Joint Monitoring and Public Accountability Strategy. (EJMPAS)
i) In 2006, I directed project to pilot and popularize the use of Citizens’ Charter in Hoima district with support from US Embassy Democracy and Human rights Fund Uganda.
j) In 2007 piloted project and launched objective whistle blowing campaign, established two way feedback mechanism on public service delivery, promoted use of citizens report card, information boxes, help line with support from – US Embassy Contact Scott Dobbestein Democracy fund - Small grants department
k) Associate Consultant for development of strategy to enhance demand for public accountability, through the Accountability Sector for the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development.
