c) Produced the Agriculture Contracts Monitoring Tool with support from the World Bank.

g) In 2009, As consultant, I facilitated development of Citizens’ Forum – Barazas’ National Roll out plan and piloted Barazas through NIMEs Department Office of the Prime Minister; undertook a validation of public performance under five sectors to include Education, Health , Agriculture/NAADs, Water , Roads and Transport. This preceded the launch of citizen’s forum BARAZA.in four districts.
h) Directed Citizens Forum launching 2005 and Tracking of Primary Education Expenditure; with support from Partnership for Transparency Fund PTF to UJCC – organization member of INFOC Uganda. The key output was the proposal and adoption of Effective Joint Monitoring and Public Accountability Strategy. (EJMPAS)
i) In 2006, I directed project to pilot and popularize the use of Citizens’ Charter in Hoima district with support from US Embassy Democracy and Human rights Fund Uganda.
j) In 2007 piloted project and launched objective whistle blowing campaign, established two way feedback mechanism on public service delivery, promoted use of citizens report card, information boxes, help line with support from – US Embassy Contact Scott Dobbestein Democracy fund - Small grants department
