Overall Objective – drive ‘Process Excellence’ across both the capital intensive and labour intensive business units of the Textile Cluster.

•Organisation re-structure to optimise resources and process
•Develop and implement HR Performance Management system globally
•Lead in-house workshops on changing & developing Organisational Culture
•Drive cross-fertilisation of Best Practice across business units
•Interim-Management during key transformation & recruitment decisions
•Redefine Pay-structures globally with appropriate meaningful benefits
•Develop Management infra-structure through Job Objectives, dashboards, KPI’s & routine meetings
•Coach & develop process experts in Lean management techniques.
•Lead Lean Boot-camps & workshops to constantly train and sensitise employees and management in lean principles across all units for process excellence and employee engagement
•Train & develop Lean leaders to carry out Performance Enhancement Projects, deliver on-the-job operational training and perpetuate Lean thinking.
•General coaching at all management levels through project work
•Develop Project Management (PM) process and procedures, train and develop project teams to work as per PM process.
•Track projects across SBU’s with respective GM and management team and direct progress as necessary
•Member of the Executive Committee engaged in auditing 6 SBU’S (20 sites) across Mauritius, India, Madagascar, Bangladesh) and organising the annual ‘Chairman’s Manufacturing Excellence Award’ events.
