Professional Experience:
I have had the experience in working for government as director of employment supervising more than twenty staffs advising government on employment issues including making policy suggestions in this regard. Further as director of monitoring and evaluation, over see the monitoring of project and code activities, supervising research and strategic planning;

In the Senior Executive Service Programme, over saw the monitoring of professional performances and made appropriate recommendations whether or not to retain a non-performing staff. Received,analyze quarterly and annual reports and submit to management for appropriate informed decisions.

While in the USAID funded project, monitored the implementation of infrastructure and agriculture projects in the eight of Liberia's fifteen counties.Developed reporting formats for implementing partners to use for reporting, oriented implementing partners on how to collect indicators, as well as on project implementation guidelines. Managed database on all and potential projects that were presented handily. Drafted quarterly and annual reports for reviewed and finalize by the deputy chief of party.

Organized need assessments in potential project implementation areas; conducted impact evaluation on projects implemented and made appropriate recommendations to management and donors in general. Coordinated with government counterparts on some of the projects that were jointly implemented by government and our project.


In the UN project, had the responsibility to monitor the microfinance project ensuring that recruited and trained members of each group received the appropriate seed fund as per project policy. Analyze collection of repayments and cash balance reports on a quarterly basis.

At the refugee program funded by UNHCR and implemented by the Lutheran World Federation/World Service, monitored as well as managed camps of internally displaced persons including Sierra Leonen Refugees. Supervised the distribution of food and non-food items in the camps; coordinated with health INGOs to provide in a timely way medical services to beneficiaries.

Graduate of the Business School of University of Liberia earning Masters in Public Admnistration

Has Bachelors in Business Administration(Management) from the University of Liberia

Obtained several certificates in monitoring and evaluation from Kenya and Swaziland.

Affiliations and Achievements:
As Board Chair of the Curran Lutheran Hospital, a 100 bed hospital, chaired a seven man board formulating and making policy decisions to manage the hospital.

Formulate fund raising strategy to raise funds for the operations of the hospital.

Negotiated with government and other partners to increas their subsidy to the hospital so as to improve the services at the hospital for service delivery to two of Liberia's fifteen counties including neighoboring Guinea.

Hired and dismissed senior members of the management team, eg: midecial director and administrator.

As former project director of the Rotary Club of Sinkor, ensured that all projects approved and funded were implemented according to club guidelines.
