•AFRICAN CASHEW ALLIANCE
- 1) As Head of Senior Management Team (Acting MD); assisted the EC make strategic and tactical decisions;
- 2) Led team which raised $4.3million under USAID-Global Development Alliance; USAID-TIME and Walmart Foundation to support the African cashew project Development;
- 3) As Head of Finance & Projects; coordinating the Regional projects, programs and support services based in Accra, creating and maintaining processes and procedures to ensure smooth and effective project operations and implementations in over 15 countries in Africa;
- 4) Chief Finance Officer of International NGO managed over $15.5 million budget across donors;
National Health Insurance Authority
- Chief Accountant of large public service department with annual operating budget of Gh 3 million; operating assets, capital, investments and commitments in excess of Gh 3 million; cut overhead cost by 25% and improved ROA.
