Professional Experience:

I have worked with IFRC for more than 5 years. And have worked in Water and Sanitation and Disaster Response and Recovery programmes. Although I haven't worked in Health project other than the WASH, I have knowledge on different global health aspects from having a Masters on Global Health and having worked closely with the health colleagues in many community based programs.

I also have experience on monitoring and evaluation on having worked in project evaluation assignments with Oxfam policy Management UK.

I also possess vast knowledge on Community engagement, involvement and behaviour change communication. Participatory approach in community based programs is a familiar topic of interest to me.
