Professional Experience:
With over 5 years of working as an International Consultant at United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO) and covering over 30 countries in Africa and liaising with several stakeholders (UNCT, donor community, NGOs...government officials, civil society), I have acquired a vast, tested and extensive experience (global forum organization and management, relationship management, strategic demand management, technical cooperation).

My current duties offered me the opportunity to undertake research on various topics ranging from social economic issues to industrial and political ones with a client oriented mindset; to cover (prepare press release, communication strategy, draft talking points, briefing notes and speeches as well as declaration and meeting reports) high level bilateral and multilateral meetings/conferences and to interact with top government and non government officials. By and large, the experience at UNIDO coupled with interaction at the local level (organization of political campaign) has allowed me to gain solid expertise in various areas such as "Prepares various written outputs, e.g. draft background papers, analysis, sections of reports and studies, inputs to publications, etc....". In the meantime, I seized this opportunity with UNIDO to develop interpersonal skills; undertake field mission (Africa and Europe) and learn from colleagues from various horizons and backgrounds. More specifically, I am able to analyse complex thematics and provide strategic advice; manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines; establish and maintain a wide range of contacts within government, media, academia and civil society.

The highest degree that I have attained is an International Master Degree in Political science (international relations, security studies, drug trafficking, gender and development issues so on and so forth) delivered by the University of Stockholm (Sweden) but I also have other qualifications and completed various professional training (procurement, travel management, budget revision...) all of which I believe will be valuable to the performance of the job at hand. Last but not least my knowledge of french could be an asset for this valuable position.
