Professional Experience:
For 15 years, I have been working in a global context, which makes me today an international as a carrier diplomat, Country representation, Partnership, networking and advocacy, Programme development and planning, Programme governance, implementation and monitoring , legal affairs advisor and , Decentralisation , governance expert respectively able to intervene in very different cultural contexts and to face multiple complexities.
My experience has been: Providing leadership, direction and advice in the field multilateral diplomacy, and Legal, policy, strategic, governance, international cooperation and partnerships matters on multilateral environmental agreements, and Public sector governance; Organization of work and meetings of the Conference of the Contracting Parties to the African charter on Public service as well as negotiation of the host country agreements for meetings , including the draft agendas, logistics, documentation, translation, interpretation and record-keeping, Lead and execute strategies to develop and strengthen relations with Member Parties and other governments in order to advise them on the implementation of the charter and expand political support for AU-STC8 vision, mission, programs and policy objectives development through Foreign services Ministry , Embassy of Niger in Addis Ababa and African Union Commission ( Department of political Affairs ) respectively
I have a solid professional experience, as Provincial electoral commission Président in ‘’Mayayi region’’ in Niger, in leading , organizing, administrating , managing and monitoring for the Niger referendum on October 2010, local , parliamentarian ,election, presidential election first and second round in 2011, in general elections at the national level (Niger). I have been ECOWAS election observer in Sierra Leone (2007), and African Union election observer for Algeria parliamentary election in May 2012. With a great team spirit, and the ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment, good leadership, good negotiator, effective interpersonal skills. I am familiar with Microsoft Office Applications, Internet.
