A chartered Accountant (CA) with experience in :
Treasury, financial management, fund Mobilisation, strategy and leadership.
After qualifying as a CA. I have worked as a Chief Financial officer responsible for budgeting, financial control and reporting for a listed company with 5 operating SBUs.
I then worked as fund project finance expert in a mobile telephone where I was involved in project financial modeling and structuring funding for new projects. This company is now one of the largest Mobile network companies in Africa.
Between 2000-2004 I worked as a Managing Director and Chief a investments officer for an Asset management Company. Leading a team of professionals investment professionals in asset allocation, fund performance working with Pension fund trustees and clients.
2004-2009 worked as Financial Consultant in Corporate a finance. Led transactions in Listings, management buy outs and mergers and acquisitions.
2009-2015 Founded an insurance company which was focused on Financial Inclusion and Micro insurance. Sold the company to focus on development consultancy odor companies and governments.
