3. In government as Special Adviser Peacebuilding and Secretary of State, managing peace and security, coordinating intergovernmental relations and donor partners, implemeting government policy, council decicions, documentation,public relations, and general administration.

Ph.D Peace Studies (University of Bradford, UK, 1996), M.Sc International Relations and Strategic Studies (Jos, 1990), B.Sc International Studies (with first class hons., Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, 1986.
