• Profound experience in design, development and implementation of regional policy programs including all tiers of governance; solid experience in functional and process analysis; development of strategic plans at local/regional levels,
• Over 5 years of experience serving as outstaffing Advisor to the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan developing recommendations on reforms and legal drafting,
• Over 6 years of experience in working with the highest levels of the Kazakhstani Government, including Prime Minister and Prime Minister’s Office, Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, Ministry of Justice, etc.
• About 4 years of experience in development and managing of the very first business incubator in Kazakhstan,
