Professional Experience: |
Abid Mallick has over 20 years experience of working at senior positions with Aga Khan Foundation (AKF), World Bank and Asian Development Bank. As Country Director of AKF Tanzania since 2012, he is managing a multi-sector country program and operations with a team of approximately 100 members. Prior to that he worked for 10 years with AKF Canada - the last four years as Director of Programs based in Ottawa. Between 1992 and 2002 he worked for the World Bank and Asian Development in Pakistan in social sector programs as M&E and Systems Strengthening Specialist and Senior Program Coordinator.
