• Planning and organizing the policy laid down by the general assembly and represent the credit union vis-a vis third parties.
• Drafting and submitting the budget, strategic plans and investment proposals of the union.
• Ensuring the judicious use of funds, proper execution of the budget and the proper use and maintenance of assets
• Prepares and participates in an advisory manner financial and non financial reports to the board of directors
• Review financial results and report the key trends and occurrences underline these results together with advice on which problems should be addressed
• Control the human and material resources of the credit union.
• Assure staff adequacy and competency to assigned branch posts in line with the rules and regulations fixed by the human resource department.
• Follow up and validation of credit files proposed by the credit officers
