I am an experienced international Human Resources Manager & certified executive coach, passionate about people empowering themselves through good career development processes such as talent management, coaching & learning and development. With more than 10 years’ global HR Management experience as Head of HR (Africa) and as a Global Learning & Development Manager, my experience spans across sub-Saharan Africa including Francophone West Africa, the Americas & recently in the Middle East based in Amman, Jordan. Extensive hands-on experience working in global companies and international organisations managing in country (local) implementation of global HR processes, HR policy advisor to employees, supervisors, Managers and Senior Management; advising, consulting with and supporting Senior Management and Line Managers on staff movements – in particular global workforce planning; leading the talent acquisition/talent management function, started a global Learning and Development department; fostered partnerships with institutions/universities for talent development programs; developed and implemented a global online induction/onboarding platform. Worked in a global petroleum company during a high-growth phase of acquisitions, thereby acquiring good HR Change management & project management skills. I am currently studying HR Data Analytics, Strategic Workforce Planning and Strategic HR metrics.
