• The Cluster Manager provides leadership, support and management to the ADPs within the cluster by ensuring that all project plans are developed and implemented timely, that they strictly adhere to the required standards and achieve set targets on child well-being.
2014-2015 Zonal Manager
• Zonal Manager overseeing different aspects of several Area Development Programs, Grants and special projects in the zone, the primary role is to provide managerial support. The role is expected operationalize the four track ministry strategic priorities into an integrated programming within the Zone and foster stakeholder engagement to contribute to child well-being outcomes in line with the WVR Strategic priorities. Major responsibilities:
Program design and development
2. Develop program annual operating plans with corresponding budgets. 3. Prepare annual funding forecasts 4. Design, implement, monitor and evaluate program interventions within the defined community. 5. Initiate, design and develop publications/ brochures for networking and advocacy concept for awareness on the accomplishments; and keep constant liaison with Government ministries and other key stakeholders in collaborations with communication’s department. Compliance and standards 1. Implement internal controls, ensuring compliance with pre-determined World Vision requirements, controls and procedures 2. Initiate program/ projects assessments; develop program/ project concept papers, monitoring projects, tracking Program/ project indicators, in collaboration with the DME officers and project staff.
