I am currently working as Independent Consultant for a law firm dealing with international, trans-boundary disputes. I was the Deputy Director at an international mission based organisation involved in case management, policy making and dissemination of knowledge in ADR in the Asia-Pacific Region. I have risen to a management role within a short span and deal with an international team. I have been responsible for many projects for knowledge dissemination and creating a ADR system in many regions in Asia. I have active knowledge in case management, Arbitration, Negotiations, Mediation and other forms of dispute resolution. I also handle external and internal policy issues including research, creation and implementation of new policies. I also handle the Secretariat of the Asian Domain Name Dispute Resolution Centre. I have presented in various forums across Asia.

I am a lawyer qualified in India and with a Masters Degree (LL.M) from the University of California- Berkeley. My focus has been on Dispute Resolution and Negotiations. I have keenly focussed on capacity building, building policy and strategy for Dispute Resolution along Asia-Pacific particularly in projects involving the Belt-Road Initiative.

I also have a background in Negotiations ( Harvard Negotiations Program as part of curriculum). I have also completed a course from the HAAS business school in Power and Politics in Organisations.
I am presently the youngest person in my organization taking on an active management role.
