I have extensive experience in government law and procedures both within government agencies and consulting with foreign governmental agencies like the Iraqi Parliament, The Iraqi High Tribunal. I advised all of the Inspector Generals of the 37 Ministries of the Iraqi Government and taught Iraqi Lawyers. I am an accomplished trial attorney with experience at all levels from local government to war crimes in a UN Tribunal. I successfully lead the prosecution of the masterminds of the Rwandan Genocide in a six year trial and convicted them for Rape, Genocide and Crimes against humanity. I have lectured and consulted around the world from Germany, China to Guatemala. I regularly lecture at law schools in the US.
