Technical Advisor for M&E Malaria Case Management at Population Services International, Health for All Program, Luanda- Angola (March 2019 to Present)
My work involves all the previous work responsibilities at PSI plus supporting a new PSI program called Innovation to Health Impact.
• Development of SOWs and TORs of new sub-award partners and new hiring’s; Review of CoAgs and Budget;
• Update of monitoring performance plans (PMPs) for OTSS and development of M&E digital tools; Development of program activity timelines; Introducing MEL;
• Participated in drafting the Malaria Operational Plan (MOP) for FY20; Supported FY19 Malaria results and MOP to USAID and Global Fund;

• Supported study design and operational research in three studies: 1) Focused on malaria knowledge, attitude and practices of the Asiatic population in 3 provinces in Angola; 2) Assessing antimalarial resistance; 3) Knowledge, attitudes and practices towards bed net use in 3 provinces in Angola;
• Implemented of integrative community health management of malaria, pneumonia and diarrhea (iCCM); training and supervision of community health workers (CHWs); Liaised with the National Malaria Program (PNCM) for training and supervision of 270 CHWs; supporting the transition of data paper base collection to digital apps (for CHWs); Settled M&E field data collect team for iCCM;
• Supported the development of workshop model and training materials for malaria case management and reformulation of OTSS; Supported OTSS implementation and respective M&E in public health facilities; supported the transition of data collection paper base to digital tools;
• Update of performance monitoring plan and MEL; Evaluate program result indicators and provide programmatic recommendations to Health for All and write of USAID reports.
• Monitored a malaria social behavior change (SBC) campaign;
• Supported reproductive health program through annual internal audits and gaps mitigation plans.
