Client: Botswana Accountancy College (The Botswana Business School), Botswana - Principal Lecturer & Portfolio Manager for Master’s Degree Programs (January 2020 – Present):
In charge of Master’s degree programs and lecturing in business management courses (Strategic Management, Organizations & Systems, Research Methods, International Business Strategies, and Business Operations and Process Management).
Client: Muwe Consultants Limited (Zambia)/Premier Consult cc (Namibia) - Managing Director: Business and Development Consulting (in Namibia/Somaliland/South Sudan/Zambia): Developed business plans and grant aided project proposals; undertook Business Skills & Entrepreneurship Development capacity building.
• Trained and mentored SMES & cooperatives in business skills, project management and principles of successful business associations.
• Undertook several assignments in Project Cycle Management & Evaluation; Economic Impact Assessments; Market Assessments; Feasibility Studies; and Strategic Planning.
• Assessed EU Rural Poverty Reduction Program (RPRP) Grant applications for Decentralized Demand Driven Actions (DDDA) and Concept Notes for Direct Labor Operations (DLO)

Client: European Development Fund (EDF/Wildlife Project) – Zambia: As Commercial Manager, I undertook commercialization of National Parks and Wildlife Services (NPWS) leading to the establishment of the Zambia Wildlife Authority (ZAWA); performed specific commercial responsibilities including the setting up of viable commercial and revenue systems for ZAWA as well as management and rationalization of the existing NPWS tourism concessions.
Client: Zambia Privatization Agency: As Senior Technical Officer, I undertook several privatization tasks involving state-owned enterprises from different sectors of the Zambian economy; Performed business/financial and economic analyses of state-owned enterprises to be privatized; Evaluated investors’ business project proposals; Undertook privatization negotiations on behalf of Zambian government; As member of National Parks Wildlife Service (NPWS) Bids Evaluation Committee, I evaluated and negotiated for tourism enterprise concessions on behalf of Zambian government.
Client: Citizens Economic Empowerment Commission (Zambia): Undertook broad based economic empowerment of targeted citizens through access to finance and other economic resources as well as capacity development in order to eradicate poverty and enhance socioeconomic development.
Client: German Federal Enterprise for International Cooperation (GIZ) Lusaka (Water Sector Reform Programme): I coordinated the Efficiency Task Force component (non-revenue water, accounting & billing, and energy efficiency) of the water sector program relating to the Zambian water sector commercial utilities; initiated and facilitated the efficiency approach within the GIZ Water Sector Reform Programme together with relevant partners; and researched on collection efficiency among water utilities in Zambia.

I have a PhD in Entrepreneurship (specialising in corporate entrepreneurship) from University of Pretoria in South Africa, Master’s degree in Economics (University of Zambia), and BA degree in Economics and Business Studies (University of Zambia). For my PhD I researched on Predicting Sustainable Corporate Entrepreneurship and Sustained Company Performance using structural equation modelling (SEM).
