Professional Experience:
A highly experienced development practitioner with over 17 years programme and project management experience working in Southern Africa. I have had various roles in international NGOs such as WaterAid, VSO, Africa Disability Alliance, Care International and mothers2mothers implementing and managing projects and programmes in Water Sanitation and Hygiene, health, HIV and AIDS, and disability mainstreaming. Key competencies include project design, strategic planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and coordination of multiple projects, stakeholder engagement and partnership management, budget development and financial management, grants management, donor liaison, reporting and people management.
