Program Officer at Vietnam Public Health Association (VPHA) - Hanoi, Vietnam August 2012 – present (4 years) Working with Program Coordinator, donor and related stakeholder to ensure the successful operation of the regional program “Field Building Leadership Initiative: Advancing Ecohealth in South East Asia” (program funded by the IDRC, Canada) (http://www.ecohealthasia.net) by building and implementing a sound M&E system • Design annual work plans which include the M&E plans (both technical and financial plans) • Implement work plan and M&E plan • Conduct periodical data collection for the monitoring phase • Analyze data and make monitoring reports • Timely feedback to related stakeholders on any unexpected changes of the program • Conduct mid-term and final evaluation • Facilitate the country-to-country learning and sharing experiences • Support the disseminating the program’s results to policy makers by producing proper communication products • Write annual technical and financial reports to donor • Work with program coordinator, donor and accountant to administrate the program’s fund ?
